Stained Glass Art Film

Adhesives Lead
The Adhesives Lead avaible have a high performance acrylic, pressure sensitive adhesives which makes them suitables for permanent application to both interior and exterior glass surfaces.
They can be used for single and double glazed units. The core of the product is naturel lead, it is developed with a special coating technique to give attractive colour options, using pigmented polymer coatings which have been fully weather and age tested for optimum performance.

PMC - Silver Clay
This silver clay is extremely supple and can easily be formed by hand. It be pressed or rolled into strands or can be shaped into forms. PMC 3 can be fired starting from 600° C and permits the incorporation of glass, synthetic stones as well as ceramic materials. PMC 3 is suitable for working together with sterling silver pieces. The firing temperature recommended for work with sterling silver with a purity of at least 925 or higher is 600° maintained for over 30 minutes. The clay consists of pure silver particles, binder and water. The binder is manufactured from pollution free paper fibers, similar to wallpaper glue.
During firing the silver particles become solidified. The technical term for this procedure is sintering. The binder disintegrates into carbon, hydrogen and oxygen and escape as carbon dioxide and steam during firing.
After firing in the kiln or with a hand soldering iron the workpiece consists of 99.9% pure silver. The water and bonding agents are evaporated.
